A friend recommended I try out Jo’s Zoom classes as she had found them very convenient and enjoyable. I am so glad I did! It is very easy to book the classes and set yourself up and if there is a difficulty Jo is always happy to help out. With Jo’s Zoom classes I have benefited not only from her expert Pilates instruction and relaxed and friendly approach but also enjoy still being part of her Pilates community and the friendships and support this brings. I feel like Jo is in the same room as me, she misses nothing! I have gone from doing 1 face to face class a week to now taking advantage of a Zoom class pass where I can do many classes in a week as it is so convenient practising from home. Taking up Pilates is one of the best things I have done in recent years. If you are lucky to be trained by Jo as your Pilates instructor, count yourself extremely lucky. Jo is not only an amazing Pilates Instructor, she is also a wonderful person and a very good friend who knows her clients very well indeed. Before starting a class, Jo is able to pick up any problems her clients have simply by their posture. All my Pilates friends will agree that this is an amazing skill. Jo knows the relevant exercises for neck problems, back issues and hip problems. I am really impressed by this. Sometimes Jo finishes our lesson with relaxation session which is really calming. You certainly go home a different person. Now and again Jo tests her clients knowledge on the principles of Pilates which I thoroughly enjoy and I am glad to say that Lateral Breathing is a new skill I have learnt from this really gifted Pilates instructor. I find these more convenient to fit in around my routine as no travelling is needed. I also feel that Jo can help you much more on zoom and the small classes mean it’s easier for Jo to correct you. Jo is so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. I’m now more aware of my posture and motivated to keep on improving." |
