Pilates classes focus on a range of movements which aim to improve your balance, posture, strength, flexibility and the pelvic floor. Jo is an expert Pilates teacher. She guides her clients through the exercises safely and correctly. She alters exercises to meet individual requirements such as focusing on particular problems areas.

Smaller groups allow Jo to spend more time with each individual and a more intimate setting offers a more conversational and relaxed atmosphere. Mats, cushions, wedges and weights are provided although bringing your own equipment is encouraged.
