You can often learn in one Personal Training session what you'd learn in several group classes plus you have the added benefit of each exercise being tailored to your individual need.

For those who complete 5 sessions Jo will create a workout video for you to follow. It will be based on your unique requirements, with a series of exercises to target your key areas.
