Aerobics Classes with Jo

​Burn fat and have fun
Want to burn fat but worried about damaging your body?

Using simple yet effective rhythmic movements to music Jo’s Aerobics classes cater for the very fit, the slightly uncoordinated and those with some health or physical issues. 
​
Movements in these classes can be adapted if you have existing health conditions or injuries.  Jo will offer high and low impact options and throughout the workout she will advise you on your posture so that you avoid injury.

Held in a spacious and light hall with ample parking. No equipment is needed apart from trainers and water.
