Super Jo teaches in Dartford and Online
Jo Southgate, known affectionately to many as "SuperJo", is a Chartered Fitness Instructor and has been leading Pilates and Fitness Classes in Dartford, Kent and the surrounding areas for over 20 years.
Jo offers a vast range of classes, taught in person and via Zoom, that help improve your fitness, overall wellbeing and equip you for a healthier lifestyle. Jo’s classes offer a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment for both men and women and are suitable for all fitness levels, as exercises can be tailored to your capability. Jo’s classes are for everyone, she is passionate about seeing individuals develop and reach their goals.

Jo’s easy to follow aerobics classes use simple yet effective movements to help you burn fat and get fit.
Taught in two locations in Dartford (smaller and larger groups) and online, Pilates helps strengthen the core muscles and improves flexibility, creating a body that's taller and leaner and more resistant to pain.
