Want to tone up your bottom, tummy, legs and arms? This shorter 20-minute class is specifically designed to target these problem areas. This class is also suitable for anyone with limited space, as you’ll only need enough space to lay out flat with your arms stretched to the sides. |

Need to destress and take time to reset your mind? Jo’s guided meditation classes help you learn how to focus your mind and find a mental break. Please note this class is delivered via pre-recorded videos, this allows you to take the class whenever is best for you or when you need it most. |
Wobble Fit
Wobble boards are commonly used to challenge balance for physical, athletic and rehab training. This is often encouraged by physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. You'll need a wobble/balance board or stability cushion/disc or such like in order to join in with this class, and you may like a dining chair next to you or a pole in your hand for some of the exercises. Pelvic Floor Classes
If you want a flatter tummy? Forget sit up, focus on the pelvic floor? Jo has seen her own transformation when focusing on this key area, particularly when holding good alignment alongside a strong pelvic floor. Jo teaches this class as a standalone class as many clients when they start doing the more complex Pilates moves. Jo will show you alternatives so that everyone can work at their own pace. It is surprising how much you can feel the effects of this class afterwards! This class is ideal for pre and postnatal women. |
