Are you pregnant?
No body should start a completely new exercise regime when they become pregnant. If you were doing Pilates or exercise to music classes before you became pregnant you should be okay to continue and make adaptations as your pregnancy continues. If there are any complications or if you are expecting twins you should seek your doctor's advice before taking part. Remember participation is at your own risk. The following Zoom clases have been designed with fully fit Pre and Postnatal attendees in mind:-
