Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are currently held via whatsapp / zoom / skype or such like
​

and
​

in person if Jo can be outside for instance Jo teaches one client:-
  • by sitting in her garden and watching and talking to her through her patio doors.​
  • in a public park at a 2 meter distance from her client.
  • in his back garden at 2 meter distance from him. 

Jo is also happy to come indoors and teach you providing you have had a negative result on a Covid test within 24 hours of her seeing you.

Jo aims to:-

  • tighten your abdominals.
  • give you knowledge to sort out your problems.
  • improve your flexibility and ability to relax.
