Currently all Fat Burning classes are run on Zoom.  Jo will continue these and hopes to put SuperTone back on later in the year

Fat Burning Classes

Pilates is great for strength, flexibility and toning.  You will burn fat but not as much as in one of Jo's Super Tone classes!

Pilates and Super Tone compliment each other.

Come to Pilates & Super Tone in one day and pay just £8 for the 2 classes!!

Why not join Jo for a jog sometime? She likes the company and if she can run


 further than you just do part of it with her. Jo likes to do 9-10min miles so if you don't hold her up or ask for lots of tips jogging with Jo is free!
