"This fat burning workout will get you warm and sweaty.
Please make sure you are wearing appropriate trainers.
Remember what you've learnt in Pilates. Adhere to the principles of Pilates throughout and you'll find this exercise much more effective.
Don't forget your water and a mat. Most of the exercises will be in standing but you'll need the mat for the odd stretch and some weeks we will do a couple of minutes floor work.
